Hopefully you are finding this post because you have already signed up from the homepage. You've read the Thank You page, you've submitted some feedback and you wanted to know more about the model. If so, awesome. That is the journey we designed for you to best show you what we design.

Now, lets get into a little more detail.

Why System Thinking?

A quick Google search will tell you that the purpose of Systems Thinking is to provide a holistic approach to analysis that focuses on the way that a system's constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems.

That makes sense to me but let's see it in a really simple example in something I think we can all relate to in the business world.

When people see that you are doing great things, they will probably want to meet, which means less time to do great things. Now that we visualise this as a model we see the impact of it on a basic level. We can start to measure against this model to get more accurate results and eventually try to control the rate of flow between the two parts in order to get to an optimal balance that our business is happy with. Every business is different, so it is up to you to find what flow rates works for you and your customers

Generally with these models, If you increase or decrease a stock ( represented by circles in the visualisation), it effects other stocks within the system at some point in time. It will either have a negative or positive effect.

I suggest trying this method of building system yourself but try to keep things as simple as possible.  The model doesn't need to be perfect to get a good understanding of whether it could work or not.

By work, I mean does the flow represent what you would expect in real life.

Let's explain this in some more detail.

With these models we simplify the task, in this case a Sign-Up process. We often over complicate things so the skill here is to keep it simple, keep it balanced and make sure there is a loop that benefits both your business and your customers in a fair way.

So let me explain our process.

The Blue Circles

This is what the Analyse That® Team would do. We gather knowledge that we think could help you and we carefully analysis and manage data our audience so kindly gives us so we can provide you a better experience on our website.

The Orange Circles

These are the systems that bring us together online. Information is provided via this website and other forms of digital content such as the interactive forms that you can interact with in many ways and the email to guide you.

The Green Circles

This is all you! First you find us, probably from a Google search, then if you like what you see you sign up, as you learn more about us and engage with us you we continuously make choices.

The Red Circles

Within a System, having some sort of clean-up is essential. There needs to be some removal, deletion, decommissing or unsubscribing from clutter to keep us focused and efficient.
